Return & Refund Policy

We carefully inspect and package every Wooden Robot Cabinet before shipment. Due to the size, weight, and high cost of shipping, we do not accept product returns or exchanges.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date the product is delivered and accepted by the customer or an authorized recipient to report any damage, defects, or missing parts. The delivery/acceptance date recorded by the courier will be used to determine the start of the 7-day claim period.

Claims submitted after 7 calendar days from the recorded delivery date will not be accepted.

To submit a claim, please contact us within the 7-day period and provide:

• Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or defective part.
• Clear photos of the product and its packaging.
• Photos showing the condition of the package upon arrival, where applicable.
• A description of the issue and the affected part(s).
• Your order number or other proof of purchase.

For shipping-related damage, we strongly recommend inspecting the product and packaging as soon as possible after delivery and documenting any visible damage.

After reviewing the evidence, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement parts
• A replacement product, where appropriate
• Repair assistance
• A partial refund
• A full refund in cases where the product is confirmed to be unusable due to damage or defects

The resolution provided will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

2. No-Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to a confirmed product defect, damage, or missing parts.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information, dimensions, specifications, and photos carefully before placing an order.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or other remedies will generally not be provided for issues caused by:

• Improper use, installation, assembly, or handling.
• Accidental damage occurring after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Cosmetic differences consistent with the natural characteristics of wood.
• Minor variations in wood grain, color, texture, or finish.
• Claims submitted more than 7 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.
• Missing components caused by the customer after delivery.

4. Refund Review

Once we receive the required photo or video evidence, we will review the claim within 3 working days.

If the claim is approved, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon by us.

5. Evidence & Inspection

Because we do not accept physical returns, photo and/or video evidence may be required to assess your claim.

In some circumstances, we may request additional photos, videos, or other information to verify the condition of the product and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds, replacement parts, repairs, or replacement products will only be provided after the claim has been reviewed and the applicable conditions have been met.

6. Important Notice

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Return & Refund Policy.

This policy does not limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
